Executive Education

I work with business schools, universities and organisations to create exceptional executive learning.

After seven years directing London Business School's Senior Executive Programme, alongside programme design and delivery at LBS, Cambridge Judge, Hult Ashridge and with organisations internationally, I now work independently as an adviser, programme director and executive educator.

I support executive education teams through consulting projects, programme direction, and fractional or interim engagements, from portfolio strategy and new programme development to learning design, faculty curation, participant experience and AI-enabled innovation.

How I can help

ADVISE
I advise business schools and universities on portfolio strategy, market positioning, new programme development and the future shape of executive learning.

DESIGN
I design and review open and custom executive programmes, bringing together faculty, experiential learning, cohort development and participant experience.

DIRECT
I can lead flagship senior executive programmes, working across faculty, clients, programme teams and participants to create a coherent learning journey.

CONTRIBUTE

I produce world-class in-person learning, discovery and experiential learning, using frameworks such as GLUE, EDIFY and PROMPT. I am also certified for Hogan Assessment and NEO-PI3 for individual and team development.

LEADERSHIP
I work with institutions that need experienced executive education leadership for a defined period, transformation, a new venture, or a particular challenge.

AI and the future of executive education
I advise institutions on how AI changes executive learning, from programme design and participant experience to the changing role of faculty and the cohort.
